TALES FROM THE BLUE BUS

Deutsche Welle Akademie, FilmInitiativ’s cooperation partner for the 18th AFFK, also jointly organised the web series TALES FROM THE BLUE BUS – STORIES FROM ACCRA with the Ghana-based National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI), the Maisha Film Lab in Uganda and the Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie Berlin (DFFB). 

The series, comprising nine short features, was developed by 15 film students from Ghana, East Africa and Germany, while the local on-set crew consisted of 50 NAFTI students.
