ON NOAH'S BLOODSTAINED RAINBOW, WE DANCE from Monageng “Vice” Motshabi deals with a justice system based on colonial legacy. A post-Mandela plot, partly shot in Berlin, directed by Lara-Sophie Milagro – member and artistic director of the producer's collective Label Noir – in which many references to German postcolonial history appear.

Lara-Sophie Milagro is an actress, filmmaker, and CEO of the production company Label Noir. She regularly appears in theater, cinema, and television productions, currently in the television film FANG MICH DOCH (ZDF/Network Movie), which will premiere at the Hamburg Film Festival at the end of September, as well as in the bestseller adaptation WOODWALKERS 2 (blue eyes Fiction), which will be released in January 2026.As a freelance author/creative producer she works, among others, for Studio Zentral and developed the online talk format “Decolonized Glamor Talks” which combines current cultural-political debates with performances that she presents together with her guests. She has directed at numerous renowned theaters, including the National Theater Mannheim and the Gorki Theater Berlin. In Cologne she is presenting the short film AUF NOAHS BLUTIGEM REGENBOGEN TANZEN WIR (Label Noir), which she directed.
Dela Dabulamanzi trained at the Reduta Acting School and also completed the Sat.1 Actors Class. She was awarded the INTHEGA Prize in 2012 for her performance in LICHT IM DUNKEL. At the GRIPS Theatre, she was nominated for the Ikarus Prize for her role in SchwarzWeißLila. Since 2003, she has ap peared in numerous short films and feature films in cinemas and on television. She has performed on stage at the Ballhaus Ost, HAU, Theater Konstanz and Mousonturm Frankfurt, among others. In addi tion to her acting work, she also works as a synchro nisation speaker. Dela Dabulamanzi is a member of the artist collective Label Noir, which campaigns for a differentiated representation of Black people in f ilm, television and theatre.
